@Estonianboy123 i got my 1st two tattoos when i was 15. it depends where you getting it at. i got my right arm done it didnt hurt that bad. i just got under my wrist done about a week ago i though since it was such a small spot it wouldn’t hurt it was the worst one yet because your wrist has such thin layers of skin. but to answer your question yes tattoos are painful all of them. and your neck is going to hurt good luck tho

No it does not feel like a cat scratching sunburned skin. It depends on where you get it. Mine is on my arm and it felt like someone was softly trailing my skin with a dull pencil or pen.

no that is not a normal thing. something (most likely your power source) is malfunctioning and should be examined and most likely replaced.
Is it common for power supplys to malfunction in a manner which causes them to randomly jump up to 16 and stay that way until the machine is turned off and on again?
it depends on the preferences of the artist but generally you are supposed to line with a higher wattage and shade with a lower wattage. I’ve also heard some people like the complete opposite. some people keep it the same, just change the armature bar space. I personally like to line around 7 -8 and color around 5-6.
Can any one tell me what settings to have the power supply on for lining or shading?
