Tattooing the Strong Man… Adam Pearce in the Love Never Dies makeup chair

www.loveneverdies.com Adam Pearce, who plays tattooed strong man Squelch in Love Never Dies, spends an hour a day in the makeup chair in London’s Adelphi Theatre – that’s a long time to sit still, so we’ve speeded up the process slightly in our latest video, which shows how makeup artist Danny transforms Adam into Squelch each night. Danny and Adam also explain how the process works… and Adam reveals some of the early reactions to his new look! Please note, comments are moderated on all our videos. Wow Cool! The people on the Tony Award’s commitee should really think about creating a new catergory for Best Makeup Design-I mean it took about 53 years for the people on the Oscar commitee to come up with Best Makeup Design, so it’s not too late here

I hope they do it, but what was the make-up procedure for Gangle and Fleck?
I have seen what they look like. yet i really don’t see the “freak-show” quality to them as like Squelch

I’ve been waiting for this video! haha. Although creepy (and for a good reason is the creepy-ness so!) I love Squelch’s make up and I was curious as to how they did it. :) I also like the pictures in the back. hahaha. Now where’s Meet the Flecks, eh? haha. I love Adam. He seems really nice and has a great voice. :)
